Please tell me more about the airbus from Heathrow to Euston station

I usually fly into Gatwick and take the Gatwick Express, but 9 of us will by flying into Heathrow on Thanksgiving. I am trying to settle on the best way in. My plan was the tube, but I am afraid of strikes. We will only be there three days week after next, and I want to make the most of our time. We will use a car service back to Gatwick. Someone recommended the Airbus to Euston. Our hotel is the Thistle Euston. Is that the only place it goes or is the last place? How much does it cost? How long does the trip take?

We will be leaving for London in 2 weeks, also staying at the Thistle Euston.
Do you think the airbus from LHR to Euston station is the best way to get to the hotel (I realize it's a bus and we might hit traffic, but will we get to see a bit of London on the way?)
Thanks!
