Malta - accommodation in monastery/abbey/convent

Hoping to visit Malta for a week or two later this year and would like to find a monastery or convent stay if possible. Did this very successfully in Florence and Rome in the last three years as a result of someone's recommendation on a Fodor's forum and would like to repeat the experience. Look forward to your suggestions.
