Last time I was in Paris, 2 years ago, there was a little store called "Rose de Bois", which sold girls' dresses. Does anyone know if it's still there? It was at 30, rue Dauphine, in the 6th.

Yes, It is still in Paris in the 6th. I rarely buy much on my trips to Europe, but I bought an exquisite and not overly expensive dress there for my little grand daughter.

I recommend taking measurements for the child you are buying for. I have twice been dissuaded (in my own mind) from buying for our granddaughter because the dresses look narrow in the shoulders (and she is pretty broad). But they are SO gorgeous.

If you have a little girl in your life, daughter, grand daughter etc, you should visit this store. The dresses are &quot;tres jolie&quot; and have deep hems.<BR><BR> Buy a larger size if you think they might be too small in the shoulders. The sizing appears quite standard to me.
