Hotel in Brussels with a room for 5?
HELP! We are a family of five - two adults, a 10 year old and 8 year old twins, without much money. We need a hotel in Brussels, fairly central, which can take us all without charging us for two separate rooms. A suite or large family room would be fine. Please advise if you know anything that would suit.
Thanks,
VJ

Go to tripadvisor.com and check out the forums for Brussels. They list and review hotels( reader submitted reveiws) . You can post question there and get more answers as it is a forum specific to Brussels.

Check out the Welcome http://www.brusselshotel.travel/
They have quadruples and may be able to put an extra bed in there. Just send them an email and ask.
Very highly rated on TripAdvisor, no. 4 out of 198 hotels in Brussels!

We stayed at the Manos Premier, and got a massive suite with 2 separate beds upstairs and 1 double downstairs. We paid only 150euros , but that was because we were upgraded from an executive room. You can contact them and see what price they can quote you. There is also Manos Stephanie across the road which is less expensive, but still very nice.

Bozama, I saw a Belgian forum on TA, but no Brussels forum. Can you provide a link to the Brussels-specific forum?
What I did see on the Belgium forum were many questions similar (or identical) to posts here and the answers seemed no better or more in-depth.
As for the OP, it's helpful to know "without much money" means. How much would you be willing to spend? Your idea of not much money and somebody else's might be very different. Moreover, what date do you have in mind? Week-end rates at Brussels hotels are often surprisingly good bargains, unless there's a big convention out at Heysel or some other event.
And if there is a hotel in your budget and that can handle all of you, but isn't by the Grand'Place, would you consider it?

Of course there is a Brussels forum on TA., all you do is go to Belguim forum, and then on left hand top side of forum list, about green band, it says " jump to specific forum" and you scroll on that, it lists all major cities in Belgium , so of course Brussels has a large active board.
