Aegean or Olympic?

Aegean or Olympic?
For short hops from Crete and Santorini to and from Athens, is there any advantage of Olympic vs. Aegean airlines? I have seen so many bad posts on Olympic...but maybe mostly for long trips. Flights are for Athens to Santorini, then from Crete to Athens? Thanks so much.

I'm from Greece and because of my business I use a lot both of the airlines and definetely Aegean is a lot better (better accomodation, more acurate flight schedule) but the differences are not so important to make you deside Aegean if for example the time that Olympic flies is a more suitable for your program.
If you want more specifications please ask.

Just came back from Greece and flew Aegean twice, Athens to Crete and Santorini to Athens. What a great experience. I noticed that our flights were alway on time and Olympic were running consistently behind. Just my personal experience. Good Luck.

Just back from Greece. We only flew on Aegean once but it was far superior to the three Olympic flights we took.
Olympic was never on time and the last flight from Athens to London was the
absolute worst. Aegean appeared to be so professional and had won an award in 2004 for being outstanding.
