Another emergency at sea?
NCL ship broke loose in high wind, and possibly "came in contact" with an RCI ship.

Royal Caribbean International Today, at approximately 2:10 p.m. local time, Explorer of the Seas was docked in Kings Wharf, Bermuda, when the Norwegian Star mooring lines broke loose from the pier. The Norwegian ship drifted into the Explorer of the Seas, causing what appears to be minor damage to the ship. There have been no injuries reported as a result of the incident. The local port authorities were immediately notified and Explorer of the Seas was cleared to sail by authorities. Explorer of the Seas will depart Bermuda for Cape Liberty, Bayonne, New Jersey, as scheduled.
