Here's a list of Mexican restaurants in Calgary that I found through a Google search. I have no idea how authentic they are.
Of all those on the list, the only one I've been to is Salt & Pepper. At least I think it's the same place. It was ages ago, and there was a Salt & Pepper Mexican restaurant on Macleod Trail in those days. There no longer appears to be a Salt & Pepper on Macleod Trail, but there is one at 6500 Bowness Road NW. I assume, but don't know for sure, that it's the same establishment that has relocated. In any event I didn't like the food there. That's very personal, of course. The friends with whom I went, one of whom was Mexican, enjoyed it.
And of course you might try one of the other restaurants that claim to be Mexican, depending on which location is convenient for you.

Mescalero at 1315 - 1st Street SW does not pretend to be authentic, but it's a rather nice restaurant, and its cuisine is inspired by the American Southwest and Latin America.
I've had lunch at the Conga Room at 109 - 8th Avenue SW, and I like it. It claims to be inspired by the Caribbean and Latin America. It serves some delicious Venezuelan dishes that remind me of Mexican food, but aren't quite Mexican. Hard to describe.
Hope this helps.
