A better airport experience

Jump to last reply

Hi, I'm currently doing an assignment that requires the group to create an idea\system to enhance the experience at the Brisbane international airport using technology. I'm trying to do some research on what travelers would like\think about airports in general, and would be pleased if anyone could answer some questions.

What technological features have you en-counted at an airport that have provided a better experience?

Have you thought of any ideas that would make waiting at an airport better (doesn't have to be restricted to Brisbane nor financially viable) ? If so what are they?

If you have been to the Brisbane airport, what is the airport lacking compared to other international airports?

Cheers
