Abu Simbel or Luxor?

Abu Simbel or Luxor?
If given the choice between Abu Simbel or Luxor, which of the two cities would you choose and why? My time in Egypt is limited and I will need to choose 1 of the 2 cities.

Abu Simbel is usually just a day trip via air. While it's a teriffic sight to see, there's a lot more to do in Luxor. IMO the Valley of the Kings (in Luxor) is not to be missed. How much time do you have?

I agree with Luxor if the choice is between one or the other.
Luxor has the Two major Temples.
Valley of the Kings
Valley of the Queens
Queen Hapshepsuts Temple in Valley of the Kings
Colossus of Memnon
That is not to say that I would miss Abu Simble BUT "your time is limited".
