We are having a late spring - fresh snow fall down to 4000 ft elevation over the weekend. But it is still 2 months until your trip, so even this late snow should be gone at that elevation by then. As California generally has dry summers, I wouldn't expect rain or new snow in Yosemite at that time, although the high country may not yet be openned. Any snow in the valley should be melted. As far as temperatures go, I would predict day time temps in the 70s and possibly 80s and night time temps down into the 40s. The river and waterfalls will probably be raging because of the above average snow pack in the high country.

You can never really tell with this time of the year. It could be hot short weather to cold & snowing, so it's really anyones guess.
Your best bet would be to check with weather.com 10 days before you leave. That will still be a guess, but a more educated one. Check again before you have to pack to leave.

In all liklihood it will be warm but since weather is impossible to predict this far out you should be prepared for changes. If you plan to dress in layers you should have it all covered.
I would pack some shorts because if it’s sunny it will be warm and shorts don’t take up that much room. I would also pack my favorite mosquito repellent. With the amount of water that will be in the park there will be plenty of ‘squitos.

Thank you all for your help.
Dayle: kind of late for that already have paid reservations in the park and everything around it so, a little poor planing on my part but, I honestly don't know what I was thinking for some crazy reason I figured most people would be exiting anyways I really don't want to think about it now it's done I can't change it but, try to enjoy it heck I am on vacation and live in Miami I am used to crowds.

colombiana,
You might be ok with your dates since you are arriving on the last day of Memorial Day weekend. Mid week shouldn't be too bad for May. Most of the schools in California don't get out until sometime in June.
