Yosemite from airplane?

Thanks Nelson, Michelle, and Jean for your input. It made for a fun exercise.

Today finished a wild 4-day itinerary: Sacramento to Eureka to Alturas to Reno to Bishop to Porterville to Soulsbyville and back to Sacramento-- Whew!

Did visit sequoias today at Big Trees, they are so huge! We had stopped briefly at the Founders redwood grove in Humboldt SP on Monday, for my own enjoyment and to get buy in from the others that sequois would be worth a side trip at the end of the week. Of course it worked. You can't really fathom the presence of these huge trees until you visit a grove.

I think you saw the Eastern side of the Sierra at the perfect time! So beautiful!
