We have reservations at the Woodlands beginning May 26 for 6 nights. I was thinking it would be a good time to go, before all the schools let out. However, I saw that most motels around there have raised their rates for that week. Does anyone know if it really would be too crowded to enjoy, considering we're going to Busch Gardens as well? Thanks.

You might ask the Williamsburg reservations people: the rates may be raised because either (a) it's the first weekdays Busch Gardens opens for the season or (b) something is going on at William and Mary, like graduation, though I think that happens closer to Mother's Day. May not necessarily mean swarms of crowds at Busch Gardens, especially since school is in full session in Virginia.
