Where to stay between Amelia Island and Sebring

We went to Amelia Island earlier this month for a car event and want to go again next year. We'd spend a couple of days there and then the following weekend go to Sebring for the 12 hour race. Can ayone suggest a nice beachy place to stay between these two places, and prefer that it ot be overrun by spring breakers if possible. Thanks.

We always like Cocoa Beach for a getaway. We live outside of Orlando. Try the Inn at Cocoa Beach or the Doubletree, and eat at Coconuts on the beach - fun!

Have you considered St. Augustine?

The specific "beachy place" you seek would be Crescent Beach, about 15-20 minutes south of the historic district on A1A.

Thanks for the suggestions. Which would be likely to have fewer college spring breakers - Cocoa Beach or St Augustine ?

I don't know whether I can give a 100% accurate answer to your question regarding the number of spring breakers at St. Augustine vs. Cocoa Beach. I suspect St. Augustine (i.e. Crescent Beach rather than St. Augustine Beach) would have fewer that Cocoa Beach.

Both would definitely have fewer than Daytona (AKA Party Central) and probably New Smyrna Beach also.
