Where to go next??

My family (2 daughters, 15 & 18) have traveled to Maui, San Francisco, NYC, Washington DC, Miami, two cruises to East & West Caribbean, Atlantis on Paradise Island. Where can we go this summer that will be a good memory for them, includes beaches, and lots of things to do and see? Can be outside the US. We've run out of fun places! Girls not interested in London or Paris. HELP!

Anyway, it's on my wishlist.

Costa Rica? (Went when I was young and it was great.)

Consider bucking the 'beach' thing and do Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc...my girls are 17 and 19 and did not want to do this trip I had planned for last July. Well it turned out to be our best family vacation ever! They got some down time when we stayed a few days in Vegas before flying home.

Let me second the Costa Rica suggestion. There are beaches; you can see the cloud forest, a volcano ... I loved my trip there. Spent three weeks and I'd go back again in a second.

Australia. The area around Cairns (pronounced "cans") in northeastern Australia has the Great Barrier Reef, tropical rainforests, awesome, uninhabited beaches, mountains and so much more. It's not that expensive to go there, everybody speaks english and the exchange rate is in our favor.

Take a look at http://www.tropicalaustralia.com.au/ and also at the Australia boards on Fodors for more info. My kids (15 & 17) loved it and want to go back!

Why not check out Toronto/Niagara Falls Canada? Girls love shopping, and there is alot of it in Toronto!

Or if you want some serious sun check out Greece, you can top of your time with a cruis of the Greek islands.

Have a great time no matter what you do!

Thanks, everyone for the great suggestions! I actually had thought of Costa Rica. What beach area would be best located for exploring inland? Australia also sounds great, but after our Maui plane trip, don't know if our girls could stand another one so long!!
