Where to eat in Carmel?

I was in Carmel a few weeks ago with my parents and my three boys. I have to say that the service at Katy's was incredible for my kids. They brought hot chocolates with huge whipped cream and sprinkles and were happy to split plates with a smile. Their breakfast is the best, I think.
