I gotta tell ya, I can't think of a better place to celebrate a 30th birthday than Las Vegas. Going to Vegas is simply incredible fun, not only that, you don't even have to gamble and still have a blast, although I think a little bet here and there doesn't hurt anyone :0)
I would suggest you check out www.myvegassecret.com , I go to Vegas a few times a year including for my 31st birthday last year and I always have a great time.
