West Palm Beach restaurants...??

Relative going to W Palm Beach (Ritz) for some R&R with her hubby before baby #2 is due...they are eating one night at Tattoo....she is looking for any other suggestions:
she doesn't eat seafood (although he does) - interested in meat, pasta, italian....

also a restaurant that perhaps has music/piano/ or music attached or nearby - or a combined atmosphere of bar you can also eat at plus dining room so it feels more like a night out, but she isn't obvisouly drinking nor looking for a place to kick her heels up....just feel like she's getting a night out.

Any recs? Something no further than say 20 minutes, they will have a car.

City Place in West Palm Beach has very good restaurants. Look at their website. We like City Cellars.

City Place is a huge complex - some on streets, some multi-level outdoor mall, with upscale stores and quite a few restaurants - we were there 2 weeks ago as it is site of my brother's office.

When we were there someone was actually getting married in front of an outdoor fountain (we did laugh, because although the place is incredible, it is still a mall!)

Might be a good choice for a pregnant person - you can stroll before or after dinner, even have appetizers in one place, dinner, desert in another. Lots of benches to sit and rest, parking garage is right there, and, of course, there is always shopping. Elevators and escalators. My brother (who works for the developer) said they were trying to recreate a city-type atmosphere within WPB area - which has lots of strip malls, but nothing else quite like this.

The nicer restaurants are around Worth avenue; Renata's is a great one and so is Bice, make sure they reserve ahead of time. I am assuming you mean Tabou and not Tattoo......

City Place is a bit of a zoo; lots to pick from but yes you are in a big mall. We like to go there for a quick bite and a movie on certain nights, there's a huge cinema there. The Cheesecake Factory is always packed. The pretty fountains are in front of Bellagio's, which is a very average place, food wise.
