Walking time from Letterman to Golden Theater

Would we have enough time to the leave Late Night taping that ends approx 7PM and get to the Golden on 8th and Broadway for Ave Q at 8PM?

It's on West 45th between Broadway and 8th Avenues. I think Dave's theater is is on 56th and Broadway so an hour should be plenty of time.

I will be in NYC next May. When will online tickets requests be available? We will be on our honeymoon and my fiance has always wanted to see the Late Show, so I want to take her.

Any suggestions? And, is it slim chance to get tickets by the online request method?

It's a ten-minute walk.

Agreed - this is 10 minutes at the most.

At a steady clip it's about 1 minute/block. If you walk slowly, checking out store windows and the surroundings, that walk would take about 20 min.

You have plenty of time, but everyone will be walking to their shows at the same time you are so get to the theatre as early as you can.

Like most things in New York, yeah, you can get there in 10 minutes theoretically, but with the traffic, it's double or triple the time.

Forget all the complex responses. If you get out of Letterman around 7, the answer is you'll have absolutely no problem getting to the theater on time no matter how much traffic there is, nor how many pedestrians there are, nor how many windows you stop to look at!
