ltt..
When is off season to you?
Usually vrbo is one of the best places to use, the hard part is finding the right place that fits your needs..
Happy to help you!

HI..
September through the Holidays is still very strong..tourists are gone and the weather is still very much gorgeous..
Penny Realty in Mission Beach is a great place to get a beach rental in the Mission Beach area.
Dave Stubbs Realty in the Solana Beach/Del Mar area.

I rented a great place right downtown in a new high rise for two weeks via VRBO, but it is no longer listed -- I think they've rented it long term. Interestingly, we changed our dates from our original plan as it dropped to HALF PRICE the day after Labor Day, so we arrived the day after Labor Day and saved a LOT.
