US Virgin Islands - Help!
Help! My fiance' and I are looking to book our honeymoon for the first two weeks in August of 2014. We are looking at the US Virgin Islands (we have some restrictions about traveling outside of the US or else we would consider many other places). We are looking for an adult all-inclusive with pools/swim up bars - jsut a nice place to relax on our honeymoon. Any sugesstions?? Would Hawaii be better?

If you are absolutely sure you have to go with an All-Inclusive plan, I'd look at some of the other Caribbean islands (Jamaica) or the Caribbean coast of Mexico ("Mayan Riviera"). That's where you'll find more of the AI properties.
If you're willing to not have all-inclusive and be in a town with restaurants, that opens up entirely different options.

Staying in the US and looking for an all-inclusive that doesn't allow children is really asking for the moon. I think you are going to have to give on something.
Typically the only places that don't allow kids (and often it's only younger kids) are B&Bs - and they certainly won;t have swim up bars etc.
I can sympathize on not wanting a honeymoon place overrun with small kids - but the number of places banning children is so small that you are making things really difficult for yourself.
