Enter those destinatations in the search box above and read away.
LOTS of good advice - from a lot of seasoned travelers - far more then might see this post today.
Then, come back and ask a specific question.
Happy planning!

In Sedona, there are some very nice, not too difficult, hikes. One of them is Boynton Canyon, which you can access right from Enchantment. Here is a good web site for local hikes. You will have to register, but there is really good info there.

I do recommend the Pink Jeep Tours. We just got back from GC and Sedona. We took the Broken Arrow tour and it was a lot of fun. http://www.pinkjeeptours.com/
Also took the Verde Canyon Railroad ride, which was also fun. http://www.verdecanyonrr.com/index2.html
There really is so much to see and do within a couple of hours, it really depends what you are into.
For eating, I had the best steak of our trip at the Cowboy Club http://www.cowboyclub.com/. We had our anniversary dinner at Shugrue's Hillside Cafe, on the patio. Very good food and great views. http://www.shugrues.com/sedona/index.htm
Another dinner was at Dahl & DiLuca, very good Italian food (and great coffee)http://www.dahlanddiluca.com/index.htm
We had lunch at Javelina Cantina. It was good, but compared to some of the fine Mexican restaurants we have here in Tucson, not that special. http://www.javelinacantina.com/sedona/
We stayed at Sky Ranch Lodge, on Airport Mesa. The airport cafe has very good breakfasts (din't try other meals there).

We absolutely love Sedona. We will be there again over the Thanksgiving weekend. This year celebrating a significant Birthday for my wife. That time of the year is perfect for us San Diego folks. The crisp air gets us as close to the Holiday weather as we like. Hike often and bring your picnic tools and a bottle of wine.
Last year we decided to spend a day at Grand Canyon. And although I would certainly recomend a trip to the park, I would spend several days in the park. If for no other reason than that we spent about 2 hours waiting in the car line just to get into the park.
Happy Anniversary

We definitely DID enjoy the Verde Canyon Railroad rid. It was one of the highlights. We actually spent most of the time standing on the outdoor car.
Also, definitely do one of the Pink Jeep Tours. they do a great job and the guide are very knowledgeable.
By the way, I did a trip report of our September trip. You can read it at this link, with a link also t our pictures.
