NFL this year is using what they refer to as "flexible scheduling" - the idea is to have a premier game on Sunday night. So starting with this week's games, they can move times of Sunday games around - there are certain rules, including decision must be made 10 days in advance and there is something about how many games any team must play Sunday night - also some sort of network rules, veto power.

But the effect is that even if you are watching your favorite team at home, check game time.

Yes, they moved the Giants/Bears to Sunday and now they are moving the Bears later for more share too.
