Tickets for Beatles Love
Hi,
I've been trying to see if I can get tickets fro this show, either full price or discount. When I go through any site, it eventually takes me to Ticketmasters.com and they keep putting us in the last row of seats. Doesn't matter how I get there, Ticketmaster changes the seat, but puts us in the same row. Is this because the show is almost sold out? We are going during the first week of April, school break, so I am sure it's a busy week, just find it funny that no matter what day, or time we choose, it's the same section and row. I would imagine it would make sense to buy the tickets now, to guarantee our seating. Any info or ideas are appreciated.
Thanks,
tj

We got ours the day before, right at the boxoffice, and had decent seats. The floor or most-expensive section is not the way to go, your necks will be stretched looking upwards or the entire show. I would try for the next section up, one of the higher rows, or the mezzanine lower rows.
We didn't care much for the show...I don't mind paying the price if an orchestra etc is involved but basically you're just listening to recorded Beatles music on a great sound system. The performers were mediocre for the most part....a big letdown for us but others have different opinions. There are so many "cirque" shows now that I think they have watered-down the talent pool.
We also don't care for the bizarre manmade sprinkler-show in front of the Bellagio but others think it's a thing of beauty, to each his own.

Also, if only back row is available and you decide to purchase...be sure to approach the boxoffice day before and day of the show to see if an exchange is available. They state "no exchange" on the tickets but I saw the boxoffice personnel being very gracious with other customers who were trying to nab better seats.

I will second Kealalani and explain why I agree. The show includes aerial performers. In the higher rows you are looking across rather than craning your neck to look up. Many performers enter the show from the top of the theatre and begin their act as they come down the steps. From the orchestra you miss all this. Nothing on the stage benefits from up close and personal. This is more of a panorama experience.

Hi tj, we purchased our tickets from the box office the day of the show. I agree with not sitting too close, you will miss a lot of the overall effect. Did you try to get tickets through the casino box office? Call them directly and not on- line. The reason ticketmaster gives you the same seats is that is their 'block' to sell. Enjoy your trip, ziggypop

We are planning to see the show in June. In looking at the Theatre Seating Plan,we noticed a large area/room(?) in Section 209 that is not defined as seats. Before making a final seat selection, we'd like to know exactly what this unmarked area is.
