Seattle:Safeco Field..need to figure out how to choose seats

Want to buy tickets for Mid July...
Never been @ Safeco....
Even looking at seating map not much help.
Usually higher the price, the better the seats..
However, in some stadiums seats with great view have lots of stairs, no hand rails etc.
Would appreciate any input..
Don't care if tickets "pricey" --worth it to see my "home team"
SF Giants.....

Go to this site - http://mariners.io-media.com/web/index.html - where you can click on any section and see the view from there.

There really aren't any terrible sections, although of course being behind the home plate or along one of the infield foul lines is ideal.

If you're looking for tickets from the Mariners website, you're not going to see many first-tier choices because they're all pre-sold as season tickets. I'd definitely go to some (legitimate) reseller like Stubhub, for example - https://www.stubhub.com/seattle-mari...sort=price+asc - and look there. (This is a sanctioned site where season ticket holders can re-sell their tickets for games they're not going to attend.)

As gardyloo mentioned, there are no bad seats in the stadium. We have sat in the outfield area, right behind home plate, and now we have season tickets on the 3rd level not far from home plate. The one thing I really like about our seats are that the views are great, but we don't have to worry about foul balls hitting us. It's been close a few times, but so far I haven't seen any balls come up there.

When my company went we had seats in the 214-216 sections. 115 section was another recommended by regular fans.

The 20 year naming rights deal with Safeco Insurance expires at the end of the 2018 season. Next year the stadium will have a new name (TBA).
