I would think Sedona too - I know you are using hilton points so not sure if that will work.
If you happen to own a timeshare there are a ton of properties in Sedona.
I so wish you could go to Canyon Ranch - it would be perfect for you right now. It was one of the most healing, relaxing times I have had ever.

LOVE Canyon Ranch..and its cheaper in the summer months!
There is a really nice Hilton in Sedona..
Sedona has healing properties like no other place on earth and is known for it.

Samsf - the Conquistador Hilton sits in an absolutely gorgeous location - right below Pusch Ridge. The mountains there are beautiful. If you are a golfer at all they have two 18 hole courses off the property but they have a nine hole regulation length course adjoining the hotel grounds that has spectacular scenery and is a challenge to play. We winter in Green Valley but go up to Tucson for a couple of days every once in awhile. We just stayed there and I must say the staff was excellent - couldn't do enough for you so I know you will enjoy your stay.

I'd prefer the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area with a stop in Sedona, especially if you have never been to Sedona.
If you are at all interested in Frank Lloyd Wright, I HIGHLY recommend Taliesin West. http://www.franklloydwright.org/fllw...1104/Home.html
I especially like the Friday night tour.
