Texas restaurants

Bryan/College Station is an easy location to meet between Austin and Houston. Since it is a college town (home of Texas A&M), they have TONS of chain restaurants, and even a few local places. Just be sure it is not a home football game weekend when you meet in the fall!

My grandmother and I used to meet in Brenham for lunch. It was so long ago I can't tell you the names of the restaurants anymore, but Brenham is a charming little town, and best of all, it's the home of Blue Bell ice cream. 
Another option would be to meet in LaGrange, but I prefer Brenham.
