Sunday night dinner in Boston
We are ending our Cape Cod vacation this Sunday with a night at the Logan Hilton before our flight home on Monday. We are also meeting a friend at the MFA in the afternoon. I could use some ideas for an early dinner; our friend says she does not get into Boston enough to have any favorites. We like Italian, seafood, but would happy for any and all suggestions.

Eastern Standard is about a mile from the museum, on Comm Ave. Check out their mid-day menu which runs from 3 to 5pm on Sundays:

There is a 1:30 Red Sox game on Sunday, so I'd avoid Kenmore Square (Eastern Standard and Island Creek) in late afternoon. Will you or your friend have cars? Or will you have already checked into the Hilton? I love Island Creek but I would not go on game days without a reservation.
Legal Harborside is a good idea. They have valet parking and there is a garage across the street if your friend is driving. Brasserie Jo is closer to the MFA on Huntington Ave., as are many other choices.
