one dinner in Boston

Next month we have a family event to attend in Boston. We will be there for three nights, two of which will be spent with family. Would love suggestions for a restaurant for our remaining night. We will be staying in Needham with a car or can use public transportation.

Just 10 min from Needham in Wellesley is Ming Tsai's Restaurant Blue Ginger. If you are acquainted w/the Food Channel, Ming is the chef on the show East Meets West. In general, you need to reserve ahead, so if that choice appeals to you, it may not be too soon to do so.

Blue Ginger is a great suggestion, as Wellessley Heights is a great town to walk about and window shop before dinner.

Two other excellent suburban restaurants not far from Needham are Lumiere in West Newton (www.lumiererestaurant.com) and Le Soir in Newton Highlands (www.lesoirbistro.com)
