As far as I know, there are very few all inclusive resorts in Hawaii. Kona Village Resort on the Big Island is one--but quite expensive. If you want something for the December holidays, you should decide soon--as I'm sure you know, it is a very popular time of year for vacations in Hawaii.
Have you considered renting a house? There are some quite beautiful ones available. See example, http://www.vrbo.com/111502

If you are looking for a resort atmosphere, Marriott and Hyatt have timeshare resorts on several islands. They rent out unused 1-BR & 2-BR units that can be handy for families, are relatively inexpensive compared to regular resort hotel rooms, and provide many of the features of a regular hotel.
We are staying at the Maui Ocean Club (Maui Marriott) on Maui and the Marriott Waiohai on Kauai next month (4 adults/3 kids). We have 2-BR units (3 rooms in all) that can sleep 6-7. With a special 5th night free on Maui, we got the "villa" for about $450-$475/night. That's less than $250 each if splitting with another couple/family.
If you are travelling with toddlers, but want a resort atmosphere, this is a nice alternative. With a separate living and sleeping area, it allows the little ones to settle down & get some rest in a quiet area.
