smoke free restaurants in Vegas

We are looking for moderately priced restaurants in Vegas that are quiet and smoke free. We will have a car.
On previous trips we found that smoke from the smoking sections drifted into the non-smoking areas in restaurants.

Besides the restaurants in the casinos, most free standing restaurants (even pubs/bars) that serve food are "supposed" to go non-smoking starting Dec. 8. Oh thank heaven, even 7-11 is going non smoking!

I guess even restaurants in casinos are going non smoking (I didn't know this), that is good news!
"Nevada voters on Nov. 7 passed Question 5, which will prohibit smoking in restaurants, most bars and in the gaming areas of convenience stores, supermarkets and drugstores starting next Friday. The new law, however, does not stop people from smoking in gaming areas of casinos. But smoking will be prohibited in casino restaurants."

I have heard really good things about Firefly Restaurant. Rachel Ray recommended it on her $40 Day Show. Check out their website http://www.fireflylv.com/ . It is off the strip so your car will come in handy. You might want to call to make sure it is smoke free. Also, in the back of the Desert Passage Mall next to Aladdin there is a great place called Max's, we enjoyed a wonderful Salmon Filet there for $3.99! It has nice ambiance too, it is just a little out of the way being in the back of the mall.
