small, key west hotel for wedding

Not too rugged- i like luxury, but i am not expecting any 4 seasons or ritz- more islandy, laid back feeling. trying to avoid huge resort. any good ideas?

All 3 suggestions are wonderful, but I think the Marquesa Hotel would be my choice.

In Key West The Marquesa would be my first choice. In all of the keys, Little Palm Island.

If it's a poll, I'd go with the Gardens. Simply divine. The Marquesa, in my opinion, is a little snooty. But, in Key West, things are subject to change as quickly as the weather.

Never stayed there but the Gardens Hotel looks stunning. It gets my vote.

ck out www.keywestparadise.com------and click on weddings....Hemmingway House...the Little White House/Trumans Annex---schooners...Southernmost Pointe...etc,,,,sounds exciting..good luck and best wishes...gives you info for licenses too...
