While the resort itself looks nice, it is located on Roosevelt which is a very busy commercial strip with no character or Keys flavor AND it is close to the airport and you may have planes flying overhead while you say your vows. There are so many nicer places to have a wedding in KW IMO.
I would look into something in Old Town. There are many beautiful b&b's which have lovely courtyards to hold your ceremony or the Hyatt. The Hemmingway House also does weddings.

I agree with buckeyemom. While the Grand Key is relatively new, its location is absolutely horrible! There are LOTS of better places to stay - and get married - in Key West.
Find a place in Old Town and eliminate anyplace on Roosevelt Road. The Hyatt on Front Street is really nice but for a less expensive alternative you might check out the Key West Innkeepers' Association website at keywestinns.com.
