They don't call it Sin City for nothing. Just keep in mind a long term relationship won't happened unless you're loaded (with money).

Hang out at any of the clubs. Go to the Hard Rock. Same basic idea as anyplace: Dress decent, act somewhat like a gentleman, smile, etc. = Lucky

Definately the Hard Rock and the Palsm for most nights and for a crowd in your age range. For a club on Tuesday or Wednesday, best way to find out is to talk to a few of the dealers, bartendars, etc.

The parties probably move around. 5 years ago, I would have said Wednesday at the ClubRio. But, that's probably dated info.

Tuesdays are kind of a boring night here in Vegas - but Ghost Bar is pretty happenin' and Foundation Room gets a good crowd.

Wednesdays - Tangerine at TI is THE place to be.
