Actually, we keep going through this (hello : Fodor's are you listening ???--explain this to people...)
NO Hawaii board, etc.. It's all one big US board. When you are searching you can specify a state and only the posts that included that state will come up. But only if the original poster chose it (which is optional) when they posted.
If you start a post called Las Vegas hotels, but don't pick Nevada from the checklist, it ain't gonna come up when you search for Nevada. On the other hand, if you do pick Nevada but call your post Restaurants, then when we all see it, we have no idea what place you're looking for, all we see is a post called Restaurants, and probably some replies like "huh" and "where are you taking about???
This is the end of my public service announcements for the day
(and Fran, there is no Donald Pliner outlet in NJ, it's in NYS about an hour north of NYC , I was just there this past weekend, and I wasn't very impressed with the selections--looked like stuff they couldn't sell elsewhere
