Sorry I didn't reply sooner! not really close enough to walk to shopping and restaraunts. It is pretty spread out there unless you are in the little downtown tourist area. Which you can see in a couple of hours. There are a couple of great restarants near Alma de Sedona though. I can't think of the names! OK, I just got my Fodors book out....Pietros was great, Heartline Cafe had good food, cute inside. There is another Italian place who's name I can't think of, but it will be on the list of restaraunts that Alma de Sedona gives you. I loved it. It's across the street from the grocery store and right next to a girls clothing store that had interesting 'country/couwgirl' type clothes. Don't miss breakfast at Alma de Sedona. The food was incredible!! a great start to all of the adventures that we had. P.S. if you like adventure, do the pink Jeep tour. Awesome. Awesome in the sense of completely amazing and beautiful and breathtaking.
