Sedona hotels

We are planning to go to Sedona between Christmas and New Year's. We are 2 adults and a 12 year-old child. Any suggestions on where to stay that is clean, convenient and affordable?
Thank you

I will say the `Junipine Resort~ comes to mind w/a teenager, although it is located 8 miles out of town, not too close in. The resort is older, but quite comfortable. Each room has a kitchenette, bedroom, living room and loft (for the kid(s). There is always the ~Orchards~ which is located directly in town, directly above the beautiful "L'Auberge de Sedona.
Good luck on your find.

I stayed at the Junipine resort last summer. It was wonderful, but I thought a little pricey.

Sky Ranch Lodge is great and also very reasonable. It's located atop a hill and has great views of the red rocks.

I would second the Sky Ranch Lodge. Very comfortable, affordable motel complex in a beautiful spot not too far from the small Sedona airport. Nicely manicured grounds with streams, bridges, walkways, picnic tables, etc. It's also very near one of Sedona's famous 'energy vortexs'.

Clean, comfortable and affordable describes the Wildflower Inn to a tee. Especially at this tinme of year as you won't need a pool

There's a pretty decent Hampton Inn there!

Sky Ranch Inn....I hate to recommend "my" best kept secret! You can walk to awesome views...try walking to breakfast at the little airport down the road.
