If the Harborside can do it, I'd recommend it as the food is really good and at the view is wonderful. It wouldn't be that much to taxi over and back.

Gardyloo - I wish it weren't, but logistics IS a problem. I won't know the exact number of people attending for several weeks, but I think they'll be spread around downtown, with the most staying at the Renaissance and Sheraton. The convention is at the convention center.

If we can find something in or near Pike Place Market I think everyone could either walk or get a cab there easily. We could potentially have as many as 70: I definitely don't want to be responsible for transportion for that many OR depend on people wanting to stray too far from downtown and/or the water on their first night there.

We'll probably have other opportunities for going in smaller groups (and spending more money!) later in the week.
