I'm sorta partial to the W downtown. Great hotel, nice bar, spacious rooms and easy walking distance to everything. I didnt see it mentioned so I added this as a choice, not knowing your budget, but it is in the range of others mentioned.

Sometimes, there are good deals on Hotwire, but you have to be able to figure out which hotels are being described, so you know approximately the location of the hotel.
