Newton Farms is a "gourmet" grocery store. Love, love, love the cheese section! That said, I'd be broke feeding my kids from NF every day we're on Seabrook.
Here's my routine now--I usually stop at the Walmart SuperCenter in West Ashley for really big, common everyday items (I live in "Mr. Sam's" backyard so I feel obligated to shop WMT as much as possible).
After my stop at WMT, we head over to the new Publix on HWY 17, where it intersects Main Rd. We get fruits, veggies, pizza dough (ask in the deli), etc. at Publix.
You can find Publix and Piggly Wiggly ads online which help with menu planning.
We use Newton Farms for specialty items and replenishing during our visits.
