iamq- I WAS in San Francisco last Sept (labor day weekend) and it was absolutely gorgeous then! Just didn't expect Memorial Day weekend would be so miserable. But you Californians can thank me for contributing to your State sales tax - as I ended up buying a jacket at Nordstrom!

But yes it was even miserable weather here in the Sacramento Valley, at least in the southern end where I live. Terrible wind. September and usually part of October is fabulous weather wise in SF. Now I did say "usually". And of course SF has microclimates so it depends where in SF you are.

Yeah...me too....I'm car lagged.
You are talking to an experienced SF visitor who FORGOT his windbreaker...but survived....I had my mind on other things..
like cat herding and a big piece of Caesar's lasagna and 7 course meal.
