Don't forget Hamano sushi at Noe & 25th.

I was pleasantly surprised by Naked Fish on Chestnut st. Big flapping pieces of nigiri.

The techno was a little loud though.

Yes! Hamano!
Brings back some great memories. The chefs tend towards the whimsical and decorative in a lot of their sushi arrangements. I had a small platter of assorted nigiri and temaki once which had been decorated and arranged to look like a little garden, complete with "flowers" made of daikon sprouts. It was almost too pretty to eat, but hunger prevailed.

I love We Be Sushi at 9th and Judah. It's the best on the Peninsula.
