Looking for a specific San Francisco restaurant

Hello gang, hopefully you'll help me with this. "Bangler's or Banglers restaurant" it may be not the name of the restaurant itself but some kind of a nickname or owner's name. Any clues? Thank you!

OK, ok, Kal, next time in SF - the beer's on me!

My boss needed to know about this restaurant so I thought maybe somebody knows. Chowdown couldn't help either. Thank you everybody!
