Hello. Planning on returning to Kauai in several months. Previously stayed at huge Princeville Hotel resort which was nice but would prefer a condo. Also stayed in Poipu area at Whaler's Cove-lovely, but we want to stay on northside exclusively next time. I am specifically wanting a recommendation for oceanfront 1 BR. Does not need to be on a beach, but I MUST have a decent view of ocean. Considering Hanalei Colony but reviews are mixed. I remember there were numerous condos in Princeville resort area, but I don't remember any specific names. Thanks for anyone who can recommend what I'm looking for.

Songdoc swears by SeaLodge Condos....there's also Ali'i Kai and The Cliffs that all have great views. The name escapes me, but there super nice condos right next to the Princeville Hotel beside the old parking area. Check out vrbo.com and redweek.com

Pali Ke Kua units also have amazing view of Bali Hai; they are next to Pua Poa.
