You still have Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn on your list. I just don't think this is the best plan. If your goind to the Bronx Zoo, Ok. But what is it that you actually want to see and do in Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn?

Well, I would like to see the Bronx zoo, and other than that, just take pics of the neighborhood? I wonder if one day I would like to live there.....

Well, due to job issues, I am not sure if I will still be able to go on my trip in december. I know that many suggested that if my job is ended, and I get rehired somewhere else, that it is common to let them know ahead of time of future travel time needed.

I am wondering, if things go bad and I have to get a new job, if I should take a month to myself, and go on my trip then?

This is alll so stressful because my income is very limited....I do not want to spend a lot of money, or rather, I don't want to spend money I may need later....

ugh....but I sooo need to go to NYC this year.....I have no idea of where I will be in a year....things with my job have been a bit unstable lately, so last year in october I was feeling the same way I am now......

sorry, just needed to vent

When going to WTC site, walk west toward the river. Check out the inside of the World Financial Center Atrium. Then go through the building and walk on the promenade and look across the river to Jersey City. To the north of the financial center is a ferry to Hoboken which when taken at night affords a beautiful view of Manhattan. You can then walk on the Hoboken promenade for more views of Manhattan. If so inclined you can check out the Hoboken neighborhood.
