place to stay for an intern

My son will be an intern in D.C. starting in January til May. Any ideas where he could stay

He is 20 and needs to find a place for 900 a month or less. He would like it furnished if possible, and in a safe area. it does not have to be fancy, but near a metro train. He is a graet kid, not a party person etc.

You can check www.craigslist.org for DC area. Its very helpful.

Definitely check craigslist. Also check washingtoncitypaper.com.
