pennsylvania hotel

Please help. I have booked into the Pennsylvania hotel in December and after reading a few other messages this seems to be a low grade hotel in a seedy area. Have I done the correct thing? Please tell me it will be alright and it is not has bad as I am imagine.

Thanks

Don't go there~ it is really nasty. You can get a much nicer hotel in a better location for the same price, try the Wellington on 56th St.

If you can cancel, I would do it. Try Priceline (if you have educated yourself about bidding) or quickbook.com, The Wellington Hotel (as mentioned above) The Davinci, Best Western President or the Habitat Hotel.
