PC 16x12x2 wheel underseat carryon

Flying Southwest, shipping most ahead but want a wheeled carryon to keep my laptop, overnight necessities and other valuables with me under the seat, not overhead (my arthritis). Problem I'm finding, PC bags are smaller, or not rollers for this size laptop, and all large enough to protect don't fit under the seat. I'm rushing crazy trying to get everything done and don't have time to keep searching, Do any of you have a larger laptop carrier that rolls under seat? Thank you for any suggestions! I'm back to work .....

I would not feel comfortable puting a laptop under the seat. I don't know if I've ever seen any place a laptop under a seat either.

Because of the hardware, wheeled bags are usually too large to go under the seat.

P.S. One spilled beverage from the seats in front of you and you are screwed.

Can't you just ask for assistance to put a bag overhead? I know my husband helps people all the time. Usually the person who helps put your bag overhead also helps take it down for you. Just a thought since I really don't think you can find a laptop bag on rollers to go under the seat.

I put my laptop in a padded 'laptop' backpack and slide it under the seat in front of me. Closed laptop, inside the padded compartment, zipped up inside the backpack it's isn't really exposed to the elements.

I've also dropped my laptop far more times than I've spilled something on it (jinxed myself now perhaps). Buttered side always lands up!

I'd just ask for help putting it in the overhead. I place my laptop under the seat - as does everyone I have travelled with - but they are in non-roller bags.
