Definitely casual.
Daytime temperatures could be anywhere between low 70's to mid 80's for highs. Evening somewhat cooler based on daytime temp.
Usually not much rain this time of year.
If you get the cooler temperatures, it's usually a northern blast for a day or two and the locals get to where "winter" cloths.

We've really had no winter at all this year. Only 5 nights in the last two months where the temperature has dipped below 70 at night . . . avg. low has been 72, avg. high has been 80. You won't need much in the way of clothes. Supposedly it will get "cold" on Tuesday and Wednesday next week--highs "only" 70, lows around 60.
