After the day I had here today, I would't really plan on anything. You're really at the mercy of the weather. It looks like you've already done your research about the activities available to you, but everything can change based on the weather. Since it's winter here, I doubt that you'll get sold out on any of the tours etc you want to do, if anything they may be put on hold due to rain or overcast or high seas. Really not trying to be negative, just realistic. Come here, enjoy the wonderful island it is and every extra thing you can do is a bonus. Plus, your list might keep you busier than you'll want to be. If you do all these things it will take up the better part of your trip with no time for down time. Each activity will take time to get there, do it and get back to where your're staying. As much as we like to be on the go all the time, I'm tired just thinking about all your activities as great as they all will be.
