Assuming you mean Las vegas...
Yes, I have stayed there and enjoyed it. Not as glitzzy (or as expensive) as many of the on strip properties. Very functional. Their buffet is highly rated, I am not sure why. I find it to be, well, functional.
If what you need is a cheap place to sleep that is very comfortable and pleasant and you don't care about being on the strip, this is it.

We've never stayed there, but we have visited there. The casino itself is pretty big and it has a New Orleans theme to it. I agree that it's not as glitzy as some of the other Strip Hotels, but it seems to be pretty popular. It's just down the street from the Excalibur. Supposedly it's good for families as it has a pretty good arcade and even a bowling alley!
